Registration is closed! The 10 finalist teams will be announced on September 3, 2019, and will be flown to Prague for the final evaluation and award ceremony on September 19, 2019.




Must be comprised of 1‑4 people.


Nature of project

Entries should have a clear question or problem that they aim to solve and a reasonably specific proposed solution.


Project outcome

Entries are to be submitted by providing a link to the source code on GitHub, BitBucket, etc., as well as recorded video presentation that demonstrates your project in action demonstration.

All Entries must complement or extend Wrike as a solution for collaborative work management. We accept all forms of digital work: It can be a plugin, extension, or separate app based on Wrike API and data.


The Wrike jury will choose 20 teams to award.

$25K, $10K, and $5K for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, respectfully
Top 10 teams
Trip to Prague to present to the jury

Code Quality
Smooth operation and lack of errors/bugs.
Innovation and skillfulness. Did the technology involved make you go "wow"?
Does the demo work? Did the team achieve everything they wanted?
Technical Difficulty
Technical Difficulty
Was the technical problem the team tackled difficult? Did it use a particularly clever technique, or did it use many different components?
Did the team put thought into the user experience? How well designed is the interface?

Who is eligible to participate

The Contest is open to individuals who are at least eighteen years old.

Participation in the Contest constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The term “Participant” or “You” refers to you, the individual participating in the Contest and agreeing to the Terms.

Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, individuals providing services to Sponsor during the Contest period, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

What about prizes and awards?

Cash awards for the top three (3) entries will be as follows: $25,000 US dollars, $10,000 US dollars $5,000 US dollars for the first, second and third place teams, respectively. The teams whose entries are selected as one of the top twenty (20) - excluding the top three winners - will receive an Amazon gift card valued at $200 USD. Who will cover my expenses for the trip to the event in Prague?

The participants whose entries will be awarded the top-10 initial scores (finalists) will receive paid round-trip travel to/from Prague, Czech Republic, and one night overnight accommodations to allow them to participate in the Finals. Please note: Wrike will not assist in the procurement of any visas and will not cover and associated fees.
